The SFA committee is now accepting abstract submissions from students and/or post-doctoral fellows working on probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, fermented foods and related fields. The abstracts will be judged by the executive team and approximately 20-30 applicants will be offered admission to the conference. Deadline for abstract submission is midnight (GMT) on Monday, 23rd February 2026. A 3-night hotel stay will be covered and recipients will have the opportunity to claim a travel award to help offset costs of attending the conference. View the reimbursement policy here.
