The 2025 ISAPP meeting help feature discussions on the health benefits of microbially-produced metabolites within postbiotics and fermented foods, optimizing host responses to biotic interventions, and the application of biotics in precision nutrition approaches. The meting brought together a diverse group of students and fellows from around the world including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Nigeria, South Korea, Brazil, UK and USA.
